Re: Paul Daley - UFC 113 Training Camp Updates
2nd week into official UFC 113 Training camp, after a great start out in thailand, I’m back with the boys at team rough house and my UK Coaches (Rupurt Smillie, Sonnay Dholakia, Lee Livingston, Tony Lang).
Still on course to reach the target of 83kg before going to holland. Mike Passiner, the head coach at Mike’s Gym in Holland (http://www.mikesgym.nl) has said he refuses to train me if i do not come to him at the weight of 83kg. As he wants me stronger at the weight, rather than blowing up and shrinking down.
Going to start work next week with Oliie Richardson of fighterstrength.com, to make sure i am strong in the right areas that apply to this fight…Cant wait.
