MMA-ID Four Rounds Of Picks Contest!!


MMA-ID, the world's largest social network for MMA fans and fighters, is excited to announce its BIGGEST contest ever! RULES OF THE RING:


This contest is totally free to any member with an account on MMA-ID and runs from July 5th through July 21st. As the name implies, there are four rounds of competition with the top five scorers in each round winning prize packs. After all four Arounds are complete, the person at the top of the standings with the most total points will walk away with the grand prize!



Beginning July 5th with UFC 86: Jackson vs. Griffin, players will choose the winner of each fight on the card, the method of victory and the round of victory, with points awarded for correct picks. The top five scores for this event, as well as the top five scores for the other three events in the contest, will win prize packs, provided by sponsors like Nokaut, KimuraWear, Lojak Fightwear, Canadian Fightwear and Assassin gear. On top of those individual event prizes, the top thirty scores in the total standings will also take home prize packs full of gear for their winning picks!



The official tallies will be posted on MMA-ID and the contest will continue through Cage Rage 27, Affliction: Banned and DREAM 5, with the person having the highest total score after all four fight cards being declared the champion and grand prize winner!



All picks must be submitted an hour before the opening fight of a card and in case you're feeling not so confident with your picks or are a new fan of the sport, some well-known fighters, trainers and promoters will be making picks as well and sharing their expertise. Mirko Cro Cop, Bas Rutten, Gilbert Yvel, James Thompson, Neil Grove, Zelg Galesic and many more will make their picks right alongwith you to help you score big and fight with the big boys!



The scoring breaks down as follows:



Picking a Correct Winner: 10 points

Picking the Correct Method (TKO, Submission or Decision): 5 points

Picking the Correct Round: 3 points
