After watching the fight again and watching Machinemen's highlight for a few times................I think he he is just tired of the whole thing, MMA, Fighting and everything that comes with it.

Of course he's the greatest HW of all time, no one else is even close. The #2 HW of all time is Nog, who spent practically his entire career below Fedor.
His accomplishments are far from unmatchable though (given that he wasn't always fighting the best people, and heavyweights in general are better now), and I think someone probably will within several years, but no one's close yet.
