After lightweight prospect John Cholish suffered a groin injury in training and was forced out of his December 8th bout against Yves Edwards, veteran 155-pounder Jeremy Stephens stepped up to fill in for Cholish in Seattle, thus getting another chance to face Edwards after their October bout in Minneapolis was scrapped on bout day.

Heavyweight KO artist Lavar Johnson has been forced to withdraw from his December 8th bout with Brendan Schaub due to a pulled groin. Given the proximity of the Seattle date, no replacement bout will be inserted in the lineup, which will go on with 12 fights.

Another fight has been canceled for this weekends show!
Less than a week out from his backyard bout, Seattle's Michael Chiesa has been forced to withdraw from UFC on FOX due to illness. The TUF Live season winner had been first slated to fight Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt Rafaello "Tractor" Oliveira, then lightweight Marcus LeVesseur when Oliveira was injured.
