Shogun is confident to return in August

Maurício Shogun Rua is going to perform a surgical operation on Saturday, March 8th. He suffered an injury during the training at UDL Gym. “I’m calm. I have to operate, there is no way. I hope Chuck waits for me (laughs).”

“I did shit. I hurt helping a friend in the training. He was running and I held him by the waist and forced my knee.” Shogun said.

Also, the former Pride Champion stated he is surprised with his substitute Rashad Evans. Despite Evan is undefeated, the Brazilian fighter doesn’t know him. Shogun is confident about his return to the octagon “I’ll be back likely in August.”

If that is all that happened to cause Shogun's injury, then he is in big trouble :/
