CEO of ONE Fighting Championship Victor Cui stated, "ONE FC is the largest sports media property in Asian history, bringing world-class mixed martial arts action all over Asia, including Cambodia. ONE FC: RISE OF THE KINGDOM will feature a battle for the inaugural ONE FC Flyweight World Championship between Geje Eustaquio and Adriano Moraes. This highly anticipated bout pits two of the best flyweights in the world against each other and promises a night of intense action and heart-thumping excitement! ONE FC: RISE OF THE KINGDOM will feature a fight card that fans in Cambodia and the millions of fans watching around the world would not want to miss!"
Geje Eustaquio is a skilled flyweight who trains with Team Lakay in the high altitudes of Baguio City, Philippines. Extremely quick and agile, he is proficient in every facet of mixed martial arts. Eustaquio earned a shot at the ONE FC Flyweight World Championship by defeating the tough Kentaro Watanabe last June. He's now set to take on one of the toughest challenges of his career in Moraes.
Adriano Moraes of Brazil is one of the most dangerous fighters in the world. His high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and lightning quick strikes have been instrumental in his 11 wins thus far. Moraes earned the right to compete for the ONE FC Flyweight World Championship with his sound technical submission of Kosuke Suzuki, a fight which he won by Arm-Triangle Choke. Moraes will be tested against Eustaquio, one of the toughest mixed martial artists from the Philippines.
