MMA TYCOON: Check this out (Simulation game)

More than just a simple game it’s got many layers to it. You create (you control every aspect of how your fighter’s skills get set!) and manage your own fighters, sign them to fight contracts, take sponsorships, choose training, and set fight game plan. Your fighter climbs the ranks and as he does, money rolls in to buy memberships at better gyms, better clothing, better supplements.
Cool part is that all those businesses are also a part of the online community because they are stared and owned by players as well. If you go VIP, you get the ability to make more fighters AND start a company if you desire (fight org, nutrition/supplements, clothing/apparel, gym/training facility). If you decide to do this you get to control everything about your business, name, logo, $ for research, amount of products, which trainers to hire, matchmaker duties, etc, etc.
It’s a totally different type of game than any other out there.

VERY IMPORTANT: Mike (Tycoon owner) asked me to bring on some more guys but this game IS NOT PUBLIC yet and he requested that no one post this on any other forum. It's still in beta mode and he's working out any bugs before the hordes from Sherdog join and make their Brock Lesnar fighters. So please honor that and let him continue to program out the bugs before going public.
