I was there for a while on Friday afternoon....the girl that Frank is sparring with is one of his upcoming female students and then some of his team sparring and working on different techniques. In the team picture you can see Clint Coronel who fought a tough fight in the Strikeforce Event on Friday night against Alex Crispin.

Using duct tape instead of regular tape.......works better I was told!

Class act guy and great gym. Shamrock will be fighting Cung Le next spring!!
