Spike TV will telecast live undercard bouts from UFC 114: RAMPAGE vs. EVANS on Saturday, May 29 at 9:00 PM ET/6:00 PM PT from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV. The one-hour telecast will run with limited commercial interruption. UFC 114 will air on pay-per-view at 10:00 PM ET.

The first bout scheduled to air on Spike TV is in the lightweight division, and features a former winner of “The Ultimate Fighter,” as Efrain Escudero (13-1) squares off against Dan Lauzon (12-3). Escudero was the winner in the lightweight competition of Season 8 of “The Ultimate Fighter,” defeating Phillipe Nover via unanimous decision to capture the crown. Following that, he defeated Cole Miller via TKO at UFC 103 before suffering the first defeat of his MMA career at the hands of Evan Dunham at UFC Fight Night 20 in January. He will look to bounce back against a fighter seeking his first win in the UFC, 22 year old Dan Lauzon.

Brother of fellow UFC lightweight Joe Lauzon, Dan Lauzon made his UFC debut at the age of 18 when he lost to Spencer Fisher at UFC 64. At the time, he was the youngest competitor to ever step inside the Octagon™. In the time since that defeat, he has only lost twice, compiling an 8-2 record in the process. Coming off a tough battle against Cole Miller at UFC 108 in January, a hungry Lauzon is looking to have his hand raised in victory inside the Octagon™ for the first time when he takes on Escudero.

The evening’s second televised bout is a welterweight contest between Dong Hyun “Stun Gun” Kim (12-0-1, 1 NC) and another former winner of “The Ultimate Fighter,” Amir Sadollah (4-1). A native of South Korea, Kim’s mixed martial arts career began in 2004, as he compiled 9-0-1 record in ten bouts in South Korea and Japan, six wins coming via KO or submission. A well rounded fighter whose strengths are judo and kickboxing, Kim made his UFC® debut in 2008 at UFC 84 in Las Vegas with a TKO victory over Jason Tan. He currently boasts a 3-0, 1 NC record in the UFC with wins over Tan, Matt Brown and TJ Grant, as well as a no contest against Karo Parisyan. Kim aims to use his MMA experience to his advantage against Sadollah.

A former surgical technician, Amir Sadollah burst onto the MMA scene when he won Season 7 of “The Ultimate Fighter” despite entering the show with no professional fights. Sadollah exhibited great resilience in capturing the title, as well as a self deprecating sense of humor, which have made him a favorite amongst UFC fans, who have seen him add wins against Phil Baroni and Brad Blackburn in the two years since defeating CB Dollaway at “The Ultimate Fighter” finale. Now training full time in Las Vegas with XTreme Couture, Sadollah will need to display that same resilience, as well as his improving Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu skills, if he is to defeat Kim.
