On August 7, Jason Miller, 30, of 33601 Rising Tide, Dana Pointe, California was arrested by Sergeant Eric Lindley for Simple Assault, False Imprisonment. He was released under a $5,000.00 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in Chatham County District Court in Siler City on August 16.
