UFC Fight Night....

BOMBED last night in my opinion.

Non of the fights weren't that exciting, and the fighters that usually seem to come loaded with their A-game (Thiago Tavares, Josh Burkman and Mike Swick, and Drew Mcfrederies) seemed like they weren't into the fight or smoked some serious weed before their bouts.

In my opinion Thiago should have just ride his bike right past Michihiro Omigawa, and I expected Josh and Mike to really be more aggressive like they usually are. As for Drew, I understand why he might not have been in the right state of mind. With his mother passing away last month (which isn't long ago at all), it can take a toll on him mentally. Although I think Patrick Cote would have beaten him regardless, I still think it could have been a battle if Drew hadn't dealt with his tragic loss.

All in all, UFC Fight Nigh bombed when they usually sometimes do better than Pay-per-views IMO. Then again, I guess I can't complain when its on free TV!!

What are your thoughts?

Wasn't great but it was free so I'm not complaining. Got to see Cote dominate and I really liked Nate's triangle finish.

I thought it was decent. Pellegrino alone is always fun to watch, and Cote is the man!

I'm so happy for Cote. He's been on a role as of late, and I always saw so much potential in him, and always been a fan. I hope he continues to grow and progress through the ranks of the middleweight division.
