In a rare interview with http://www.Spinner.com, Axl Rose sits down and opens up about some unanswered questions. They didn’t talk much about the commercial failure of Chinese Democracy, but they did chat about the possibility of a GNR reunion and why Axl has such hatred for former GNR axeman Slash...

In the brand new interview, Axl Rose described former bandmate Slash as "a cancer," taking his distaste for the guitarist to a whole new level. Slash, of course, quit the band in the mid-1990s, with both sides offering different reasons.

Axl also said it was "highly doubtful for us to have more than one of the alumni up with us at any given time":

"I suppose (former bass player) Duff (McKagan) could play guitar on something somewhere but there's zero possibility of me having anything to do with Slash," Rose said.

"In a nutshell, personally I consider him a cancer and better removed, avoided -- and the less anyone heard of him or his supporters the better."

Rose was not even a fan of Slash's guitar playing, claiming he has lost his edge and seems to be more passionate about being "a whore for the limelight."

F*ck Axel! Slash is the MAN!! He is just being a little bitch because Slash is geeting more publicity than him.... Typical 5th grader bullshit!! and no "Chineese Democracy" did not do well... When you think about it, The music industry has been on a serious slope leaning towards its domise of quality and passionate music. With digital media distribution and all the P2P sharing applications, Musicians no longer are "banking" on their "record-Sales" anymore and are forced to do these stupid "exclusive" releases through walmart, Circuit City, Guitar hero, ect... Its a real shame because it really takes the wind out of the sails for artists.... You can see a pattern with the "average" length its taking for musicians to produce new albums... (its rather depressing)... Sorry to vent a little bit.. But had to let it out...

Im just hoping that the new Alice in Chains album due out this year is worth it and not falling into this pattern.....
