raid the himalays and climb it

hello folks, i am planning to raid the himalays and climb it better. i even tried timing the climb in our local rock climbing facility here in Singapore - and a feat to 100ft is - i am sure no joke. could anyone of you help me in locating a cheap store and an idea of how much $$ is needed for the climb asap? i would want to make this a week long trip and not miss out the fun too!

What is a good sports bra for after breast implant surgery? The doctor advised that I needed to wear a zip-front sports bra for 6 weeks after my surgery. Can anyone suggest a good, not-so-expensive bra that will be comfortable day and night?
