Distinguished sponsorship agreement promising exciting synergy and opportunities
Two world-recognized brand names have joined forces in an exciting new partnership.
The Maximum Fighting Championship and Tapout Energy have teamed up on an elite sponsorship agreement, making Tapout Energy the official energy drink of the MFC.
“The biggest and best sponsor partnership in our history – hands down,” declared Mark Pavelich, Owner/President of the Maximum Fighting Championship.
“I am immensely excited about partnering with Tapout Energy. There is no bigger corporate name in the sport of mixed martial arts than Tapout. Just having that word situated right next to the Maximum Fighting Championship puts things in new, gigantic perspective.
“The MFC has always taken great pride in being an organization that thrives on the support of its outstanding corporate partners. Tapout Energy coming on board with the MFC is unquestionably one of the proudest moments in the history of this company.”
The Tapout Energy/MFC partnership was cemented during talks between Pavelich and Maurice Brisebois, CEO of Upper 49th, the official licensee of Tapout Energy Canada.
“I’m excited about the synergies between our two companies,” said Brisebois.
“I really like Mark, and I like his attitude. He’s a go-getter and he makes things happen. Tapout Energy is essentially a new company in Canada and it was important to me to get involved with companies that are all about consistency and reliability.
“We have supported other shows but none of them have the path of growth and the ability to reach higher levels that the MFC has. I’m very excited about what we have to offer to each other and how this relationship can grow.”
A major allure for Tapout Energy, added Brisebois, was the MFC’s five-year deal with HDNet and the quality of the production that comes across on the fight-night broadcasts. It goes hand-in-hand with the top-notch product delivery that is synonymous with the word Tapout.
Tapout Energy will have a massive presence at MFC events, launching at MFC 31: The Rundown on Friday, October 7 at the Mayfield Conference Centre in Edmonton, Alberta.
“That’s very important, and something that Mark and I agreed on right away, that Tapout Energy needs to be at every fight and any other promotional event that the MFC is doing. And every time Mark is on TV, I want him holding a can of Tapout Energy,” said Brisebois, who is anticipating a big fan response to the four flavors of Tapout Energy drink.
All Tapout Energy drinks feature natural flavors and colors as well as being sugar-free and zero-calorie.
“In the energy drink category, there were hundreds of brands at first. Now it’s down to five or six and Tapout Energy is the last viable brand in the market because of that name – Tapout,” added Brisebois.
Tapout Energy is available at numerous outlets including Rexall Drugs, Wal-Mart, Safeway, and Sobeys. Check out www.tapoutenergy.ca.
