Robert Emerson returns to the cage in over a year
UFC/TUF veteran Robert Emerson is returning to the cage in over a year after dealing with nagging injuries. Emerson’s last appearance was on January 29, 2011 where he suffered a Unanimous Decision loss to Justin Salas. Emerson (11-10-0) is returning to fight Savant Young (10-8-0) on March 9, 2012 for the Tachi Palace Fights 12 “Second Coming”.
Emerson has fought 7 times in the UFC with wins over Keita Nakamura, Manny Gamburyan and Phillipe Nover during his time with the organization.
