On April 5 the WEC ventures into Chicago, Illinois for their upcoming WEC 40 card which features bantamweight champion Miguel Torres against top ten ranked Takeya Mizugaki, highly regarded featherweight and bantamweight fighters Jeff Curran and Joseph Benavidez, and to ten fighters Wagnney Fabiano, Akitoshi Tamura, and Manny Tapia.
