This weekend the UFC ventures back north, returning to Canada. At UFC 97 pound-for-pound king and UFC middleweight champ Anderson Silva headlines against Brazilian jiu-jitsu ace Thales Leites, while former consensus #1 and #2 ranked light heavyweights Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and Chuck Liddell battle.
Former UFC middleweight contender David Loiseau makes his long-awaited return to the Octagon against The Ultimate Fighter 3 finalist Ed Herman, while top-notch strikers Cheick Kongo and Antoni Hardonk are scheduled to slug it out.
