Fight #10: K-1 WGP 2010 Final: K-1 Rules:
Peter Aerts vs. Alistair Overeem - KO (Strikes) Round 1 (1:07)
- Coming into the fight Overeem looks good, Aerts' right eye looks fucked up. Overeem comes out throwing bombs and he nearly knocks Aerts out on his feet before the ref jumps in and stops the fight as Aerts falls to the canvas and can't get up before the ten count.
- Overeem is the 2010 K-1 World Grand Prix Champion.
Fight #9: Super Fight: K-1 Rules:
Sergey Kharitonov vs. Singh "Heart" Jaideep - KO (Strikes) Round 1 (2:58)
- Kharitonov stalked Jaideep early in the fight and was scoring with strikes until he was hit by a Jaideep knee and then dropped with a right hook. Once back to his feet, Kharitinov was knocked senseless again and the fight was called.

Fight #8: K-1 WGP 2010 Semi Final (2): K-1 Rules:
Gokhan Saki vs. Alistair Overeem - KO (Fighter Couldn't Continue) Round 1 (2:33)
- Saki comes out firing away using his speed and kicks to score early and gets a knockdown on a spinning headkick but Overeem lands several kicks and the last one breaks Saki right arm.
Fight #7: K-1 WGP 2010 Semi Final (1): K-1 Rules:
Peter Aerts vs. Semmy Schilt - Decision (2-0)
- Aerts at age 40, came in like a man reborn and scored early and often in round 1 but Schilt rebounded late in the round and took the scorecards. Early in round 2, Aerts suffered a cut under his right eye. Close round but I got to give it to Aerts who exploded at the end of round 2 after eating jabs for the most of the round. The fight is even heading in round 3. Aerts continued his onslaught of right and left hooks in round 3 and knocked the 4 time champion out of the grand prix tournament.
Fight #6: Super Fight: Fujimoto's Retirement Fight: K-1 Rules:
Hesdy Gerges vs. Yusuke Fujimoto - KO (3 Knockdowns) Round 1 (1:41)
- Gerges got three quick knockdowns and Fujimoto is retired!
Fight #5: K-1 WGP 2010 Quarter Final (4): K-1 Rules:
Alistair Overeem vs. Tyrone Spong - Decision (3-0)
- Overeem landed more powerful strikes in round 1 but Spong landed more strikes overall and Overeem was warned twice for the two handed clinch. Round 1 - Spong. Overeem wobbled Spong a couple of times in Round 2 and after 2 rounds this fight is nearly equal. Overeem punished Spong in the 3rd round and got a standing eight count on Spong after trapping him against the ropes.
Fight #4: K-1 WGP 2010 Quarter Final (3): K-1 Rules:
Gokhan Saki vs. Daniel Ghita - Decision (Extra Round)
- Great first round as both fighters landed kicks over and over but Ghita may have the scoring advantage so far. Saki pressed the action in round 2 with leg kicks and punch combos to probably even up the fight going into the third round. In round 3 Saki definitely had the advantage as Ghita looked tired and he took advantage of it landing several hard punches and leg kicks throughout. We are going to an extra round. Saki landed twice as many strikes in the extra round and he should win the decision.
Fight #3: K-1 WGP 2010 Quarter Final (2): K-1 Rules:
Semmy Schilt vs. Kyotaro - Decision (3-0)
- Schilt used his size and reach advantage to score more in round 1 but Kyotaro is definitely not backing down from the giant. Kyotaro trying to put together combos but Schilt is landing knees and jabs at will and Kyotaro is down 2-0. The third round was more of the same and Schilt's size was just too much for Kyotaro.
Fight #2: K-1 WGP 2010 Quarter Final (1): K-1 Rules:
Mighty Mo vs. Peter Aerts - KO (2 Knockdowns) Round 1 (2:20)
- After taking a groin shot, MO is floored by a LHK from Aerts. Aerts followed it up with a sick kick and strike combo to put MO down again in the first round.
Fight #1: K-1 WGP 2010 Reserve Fight: K-1 Rules:
Ewerton Teixeira vs. Errol Zimmerman - Decision (3-0)
- Teixeira controlled all but the last 30 seconds of round 1 and took the round 10-9. Round 2 saw much of the same as Teixeira mixed in body kicks with his jabs to take the round as Zimmerman will need a KO to win the fight. Zimmerman came out in the third round swinging for the fences but he missed on most of the strikes and Teixeira will be the reserve fighter.
