Definitely recommend downloading it. Youtube really draws down the quality, and with the glow FX as well as the quality of some of the clips I had to use - quality matters.

It's basically a study on where MMA has been and where it is. The Bruce Lee clips are used to simulate the TV vibe but also because of his pioneering spirit in the martial arts. Song is The End is the Beginning is The End by The Smashing Pumpkins.
