K-1 Signs Maximo Suarez and Elam Ngor to Long Term Contracts

The clock is ticking down as the K-1 World MAX Final 16 in Mallorca, Spain on September 14th rapidly approaches. We are happy to announce that two new Spanish fighters have joined the ranks of the K-1 roster and will be participating in the upcoming K-1 World MAX Final 16 event in Mallorca. Last week we announced that Salvador Guerrero and Cristian Barrionuevo would be fighting to crown the K-1 61.5kg Spain Championship and now this week we are pleased to announce that Maximo Suarez and Elam Ngor have both signed long term contracts with K-1.

Fighting out of Team CDC under David Pena, Suarez has fought a total of 42 times, racking up an impressive 38 wins in that span. Of those 38 wins, a whopping 30 of them are via Knockout! That means that he has only been beaten four times and against some of the best in the world, making him a tremendous addition to the K-1 roster.

Ngor boasts an impressive record of 21-6-1 in his still-young career and has 16 knockouts to his name so far. Ngor, known as El Pantera Negra, is another key addition to the K-1 roster who will be making his debut for the promotion in Mallorca this September.
