Sprawl Customer Service Review

I ordered a pair of brown V-Flex XT's earlier in the year. I wasn't able to train a lot in them because of moving twice this year, but after about the fourth time wearing them I noticed that stitching was coming out inside the waist, behind the velcro and by the drawstring.
I was incredibly disappointed - especially since I can't find the brown shorts in my size anymore, so I decided to call Sprawl to see what my options were. I spoke with Craig on the phone, who was very friendly and sounded sincere in his apology. I also appreciated the fact that he actually cared about my disappointment.
While minor stitching issues aren't a massive deal in and of themselves, they do however have a tendency to get worse. Due to this Craig offered to send me a replacement pair immediately. He offered to upgrade me to the Grip Flex style (keeping in mind I bought the brown V-Flex on clearance for $34 and change), but I chose to stick with my beloved V-Flex's.
While brown was not an option, I initially said I'd like the orange/grey model they had with CSI. After getting off the phone I e-mailed Craig pictures I took of the stitching coming out and asked if they might have an extra pair of the blue/silver they had exclusively with MMAWarehouse kicking around. Well lucky me, they did!
Craig got my shorts out right away and they arrived faster then expected. I trained in them right away and was blown away by their product - as I always am.
I initially spoke with Craig in the evening on November 25 (Tuesday before Thanksgiving). The shorts arrived on Saturday, November 29.
Sprawl's customer service is second to none, and topped off by a world class product I cannot be happier with where my money has gone.
I know I owe some pics of the new mouthguard and of my Hayabusa rashguard, so I'll get some of those and also some with the blue/silver shorts in a few days.
CS - 10/10
