Frequently asked Questions:
1. Will Dan "The Beast" Severn participate in this camp?
Absolutely, The Beast is on site 99% of the time during this MMA Camp and is the instructor for most of the sessions. Severn also works with a few Assistant instructors for the sessions that are not his specialty.
2. Is food provided?
No, I'm sorry; we are not including meals for this Camp. Coldwater has many options for food including a nearby Meijer and Wal-Mart not even 1 mile from the facility.
3. I don't want to fight in an UFC style match; can I still come to learn?
Yes, the knowledge learned during these camps is useful for many things above and beyond Cage fighting and competition.
4. I have a teenager that would like to do this, but I don't. Can he come to train?
Yes, we ask that if you are unable to participate in the training with the teenager that you treat this as a commuter camp and drop him off and pick him up at the appropriate times. There are options of both of you staying on site for this camp to avoid that, please contact us for the details.
5. I want to get this as a gift for someone, how do I do that?
Contact us at 517-278-4908 or email severndd@cbpu.com. We will make that happen for you and have a gift certificate to you quickly to present to them as a gift. Great, can I go ahead and pay full price? That is not a problem, but in the event that they are unable to make it we will refund your money, minus the $25 non-refundable deposit a week after the MMA Camp.
6. Will Dan "The Beast" rip my head off?
That depends on what you do to make him mad. Just kidding, Dan Severn has a reputation of being an aggressive fighter, but "The Beast" is only unleashed in competition... you have nothing to worry about... but, walk with caution.
