Rumors are circulating the internet that a fight been top welterweight Jake Shields and former UFC welterweight title contender Joe Riggs is on the table for the Strikeforce card planned for April 11th in San Jose, CA and http://www.MMANews.com was able to catch up with Jake Shields last night to get his thoughts on the fight.
"Well, nothing is signed right now but it is a good possibility that it is going to happen." Shields told us via text message. "If it does go through I think it will be a good exciting fight."
What do you expect? The comedian is dead.

I think it would be a pretty good match-up at this point.
