as far as i know if they find out you have them they will confonscate the animal fine you and terminate the animal too. im pretty sure that violates a constitutional amendment some how but i personally dont want to see the 10g's that ive spent on my aquariums going down the drain,like this.

Ya there really isnt much they can do to police this... Other than having pet sores stop selling them and telling your neighbors / Friends to keep their mouths shut.... This reminds me of all those stupid laws that no-one really knows about or doesent care... For example: oral sex is Illegal in some states... (How the hell can you make that illeagal?)
