On the show, Team UK was shown running around Vegas. How much leway or freedom did you guys get to outside of the gym?

i was very surprised that miller lost
he looked quick and sharp in the first bout.

would you say that the real score should be-
bisping 1
henderson 0

as the team uk was much more prepared

In my opinion, a big reason for Miller's loss was a lack of conditioning. With two olympic wrestlers on the coaching staff, I would assume that cardio training was emphasized.

How do you feel your conditioning, and that of your teamates, compared to the U.K. team?

Your coach Dan Henderson seemed very laid back about the losses. Was he more intense off camera?

What the fuck is the deal with Jason Pierce? He doesn't seem to want anything to do with Team USA and he doesn't want to fight.
