DONOFRIO MMA BRINGS "NO PAIN-NO GAIN" MMA ACTION TO MEADOW BROOK ON SEPTEMBER 19

Fifteen bouts scheduled, including three Impact Fight League title fights!

DETROIT, MI -- Donofrio Entertainment, in association with Impact Fight League, is in action once again on Saturday, September 19, this time from the Meadow Brook Music Festival grounds on the campus of beautiful Oakland University in Rochester Hills, MI.

NO PAIN-NO GAIN brings the top mixed martial arts competitors from the entire Midwest to the Meadow Brook, as promoter Joseph Donofrio did last year when he presented the "Turf Wars" card that was aired on Fox Sports Network. What an event that was! This time there is an exciting new twist. Through a series of elimination bouts in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana, the absolute best of the best will be coming to the September 19 show in order to compete for three championship belts that will be awarded by Impact Fight League. It'll be part of a fifteen-bout card that will have you screaming for more!

Attending a Donofrio MMA show is an experience look nothing else in the world of mixed martial arts. There are no "gimme" fights on these cards; no walkovers and no "house fighters." Everyone is in for a battle if they expect to win, and that is a great credit to both Donofrio, who has been promoting events for Michigan fans for over twenty years, and his matchmaker, the estimable Anne Morrell.

The Impact Fight League, established last year, operates as a championship sanctioning organization that is devoted to finding and honoring the best that amateur mixed martial arts has to offer, and works to promote the greatness of mixed martial arts to fans of the Great Lakes region and beyond, with plans to expand its scope nationally in the next twelve months. On September 19 at Meadow Brook the organization will crown three new champions who have fought their way through exciting qualifiers with Michigan-based Promoters United.

And yes, there's more! Donofrio, in an effort to add a little something extra for cage fans, has hosted explosive guests like Tonya Harding and Ken Shamrock at his 2009 shows, as they have greeted fans, hosted special side events and signed autographs.
