Jason Miller, Frank Trigg and their middleweight counterparts made weight Friday in the heart of the Lone Star State, making 10 official bouts for Saturday's HDNet Fights "Reckless Abandon" at the American Airlines Center.
"Mayhem" Miller exited the scales at 186 pounds, while his opponent, Tim Kennedy , registered a weight of 185. Trigg (183.75 pounds) faces veteran Edwin Dewees , 185.25.
Tristan Yunker came in 3.25 pounds over the accepted welterweight limit of 171 pounds. According to the Fight Network, Yunker was given two hours to shed the extra weight, though he failed to get below 173 pounds. His opponent Pete Spratt still agreed to the fight.
HDNet Fights' matchmaker Guy Mezger told Sherdog.com that 25 percent of Yunker's purse would be forfeited to Spratt.
