State University.


Pre-Register on or before December 2nd, 2009

*Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Morning of Saturday December 5th - Men, Women &. Youth 5-17

*Submission Grappling - Afternoon of Saturday December 5th - Men, Women &. Youth
5-17 years old
**One events for ONLY $60**
**BOTH events for ONLY $80**
**Spectator ticket: $10

Pre-Registration Enrollment (4 options):

1) Register online: http://www.GrapplingTournaments.com

(Note: Online Registration must be completed by Wednesday, December 2nd to save
$20)

2) Register at a local OTM Fight Shop up until Friday December 4th at 7pm.

Registrationsafter December 2nd will have a $20 late registration fee.

3) Register the day of the event onsite. $25 late registration fee will apply

4) Download registration form and mail in with Cashiers check or money order.
