Update #1:
Fighting back tears, a clearly emotional Jenna was driving away from her home in Huntington Beach, CA moments ago -- when she stopped and told our photog, "I'm gonna be alright."
Jenna -- who was wearing giant sunglasses -- continued, "My babies are alright ... everything's OK .. he's in jail." Jenna was accompanied by her father -- the man who we've learned made the initial call to 911.
UPDATE: Jenna just announced that she's quitting Twitter, saying "I cant take any more abuse from ANYONE.. To my sweet fans...thank you"

Dana White tells TMZ Tito Ortiz could be booted from the organization if the domestic violence charges against him prove legit.
White says, "We're gonna be fair, but we could cut him."
White wants to wait until the police reports are in, but the UFC can take action even before the legal process runs its course. "Other than going on a killing spree, being accused of domestic violence is the worst thing you can have going for you," White says.

If the allegations are true, he should lose his job.
Re: Tito Ortiz Arrested
Tito Ortiz, who was arrested Monday morning for alleged domestic violence, has been released on $25,000 bail, Lt. Russ Reinhardt of the Huntington Beach Police Department told http://www.MMAWeekly.com.
The fighter was released late Monday.
No charges have been filed at this time, but when speaking with TMZ.com, Ortiz's girlfriend, Jenna Jameson, said she planned on pressing charges against the UFC fighter.
She was seen later in the day packing up bags and placing them in the car to take to Ortiz, and said she had filed a restraining order. Police officials advised they were unable to disclose if Jameson had indeed filed for a restraining order against Ortiz.
At this point, the case will be reviewed by the Orange County District Attorney's office to determine what, if any, charges will be filed.
Police officials said they are treating this like any other case regardless of the people involved.
"We're not releasing anything else on this day that we wouldn't release to anybody else. Although he's a celebrity, we're treating it just the same. We're not putting out much detail at all," said Lt. Reinhardt.
Jameson has spoken to TMZ.com on two separate occasions since the arrest, but since his release Ortiz has not made a statement or been visible after leaving the Huntington Beach jail.
- This is just nutz, he is always praising her.

Re: Tito Ortiz Arrested
It doesn't look good for Ortiz but until all the info is released......................I'll reserve judgment.
Every time I talk to him he has nothing but great things to say about Jenna.......

Tito Ortiz and his attorney claim Jenna Jameson is addicted to Oxycontin -- and they say that's what led to the alleged incident that got the MMA fighter busted for felony domestic violence.
Ortiz dropped that bombshell during a news conference moments ago at a restaurant in North Hollywood.
Tito's attorney Chip Matthews said that Jenna's been battling addiction to the painkiller for more than a year now, and that Tito and family members have been protecting her.
As for what happened in Tito and Jenna's home Monday morning -- Matthews repeatedly said, "Tito never touched Jenna." He claims that Jenna had a relapse and that Tito confronted her about the drugs he claims to have found.
Tito was very choked up when he said he hopes "Jenna will be okay." Tito also said, "my parents have gone through addiction and I'm not going to let my family go through that."
Matthews claimed Jenna has been to rehab, and that her addiction has led to multiple suicide calls to 911.
So what's Jenna's side of this? During the news conference the former porn star was packing up to leave for Las Vegas. When told about Tito's allegations, she said "he's trying to save his career" -- and then hit the road for Vegas with two friends.
Tito can't go home because a temporary restraining order was granted after his arrest -- which is common in domestic violence cases. We're told Jenna's dad is taking care of Tito and Jenna's twin sons.

Sorry for the couple.
Re: Tito Ortiz Arrested
Ortiz’s lawyer, Chip Matthews, told Sherdog.com on Friday that the entire incident was just a “misunderstanding.” Matthews also said it was his understanding that statements made by Ortiz and Jameson on Monday to officers during his arrest would either be altered or retracted by the parties, as was first reported by TMZ.com on Thursday.
“Both sides are interested in the truth coming out and for the welfare of their children and bringing an end to this,” Matthews told Sherdog.com on Friday.
Matthews would not confirm if Ortiz and Jameson are in direct communication due to the ongoing investigation.
Ortiz, who is currently starring as a coach opposite rival Chuck Liddell on Spike TV’s “The Ultimate Fighter 11” airing Wednesdays, was arrested by the Huntington Beach Police Department and released the same day when he posted $25,000 bail.
During Ortiz’s incarceration, Jameson spoke numerous times with media outlets parked outside the residence throughout the day. In a TMZ.com video posted Monday afternoon, Jameson would not describe what had happened with Ortiz, but told the cameraman she was shocked by what had transpired that morning.
“Tito is a loving, sweet man and I've always supported him through everything and for him to lash out at me like that is shocking and I feel completely betrayed,” said Jameson.
On Monday evening, Ortiz held a press conference in Los Angeles in which Matthews, on the fighter’s behalf, said Jameson had been battling an addiction to Oxycontin for "well over a year” and that she had an emotional breakdown after Ortiz had confronted her about drugs he had found. Matthews also repeatedly stated that Ortiz had “never laid a hand on” Jameson.
“We never said Jenna was on drugs,” Matthews told Sherdog.com on Friday. “We had said that he had found drugs in her pants from the night before. We were told later that the drugs were old.”
Whether or not Jameson and/or Ortiz alter or withdraw the statements they made on Monday to police, the Orange County District Attorney’s office could still decide on its own to file charges against the embattled fighter if evidence suggests it. Matthews said he hoped the DA’s office would not pursue charges, but that if they did, he was confident that Ortiz would be exonerated of them.
Meanwhile, Ortiz sent an exclusive statement through his reps to Sherdog.com on Thursday.
“I would like to thank the MMA community and its fans for their continued support,” said Ortiz. “I have received thousands of messages of encouragement from friends and family within the MMA community. Your support means as much to me outside the Octagon as it does inside. Thank you.”

Re: Tito Ortiz Arrested
The Orange County District Attorney’s office has opted not to file charges against former UFC champion Tito Ortiz following an incident with longtime girlfriend Jenna Jameson on April 26 at the home the couple share together in Huntington Beach, Calif.
The 35-year-old Ortiz was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence after Jameson’s father called officers to the residence that morning. Ortiz is the father of 13-month-old twins, Jesse James and Journey Jette, with the former adult film star. Ortiz and Jameson are not married.
The Huntington Beach Police Department handed over the case to the District Attorney’s office last week.
“We declined to file charges based on insufficient corroboration to prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt,” said Farrah Emami, spokesperson for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, on Thursday.
