If a fight is a draw, it should be scored as such. Much better to have a draw than to have one person arbitrarily win.

Moving forward while missing and getting countered isn't control. Throwing a lot of punches that largely miss and getting 1 takedown (that lasts all of about 15 seconds in which you do nothing) out of 15 isn't being effective.
