Strikeforce Welterweight Championship:
Nick Diaz vs. Paul Daley via TKO (Strikes) Round 1 (4:57)
- As advertised both fighters came out for a stand-up battle and Diaz was hurting Daley early until Daley put Diaz down but Diaz recovered and after another exchange Diaz floors Daley and finishes him with GNP.
Strikeforce Lightweight Championship:
Gilbert Melendez vs. Tatsuya Kawajiri via TKO (Strikes) Round 1 (3:14)
- Melendez came out on fire hitting Kawajiri with just about everything punishing the Japanese import and finishing the fight with elbows and GNP.
Gegard Mousasi vs. Keith Jardine - Majority Draw (29-27 M, 28-28 Draw, 28-28 Draw)
- Jardine is bleeding after round 1 and Mousasi got a point deducted for an illegal upkick but he still won the round. Mousasi pounded Jardine with strikes in Round 2 and Jardine is a bloody mess. Jardine is one tough son of a bitch but Mousasi beat him down again during the final frame.
Shinya Aoki vs. Lyle Beerbohm via Submission (RNC-Neck Crank) Round 1 (1:33)
- Pretty simple really, Aoki took Beerbohm down, got his back and submitted him.
Preliminary Card:
Hiroyuki Takaya vs. Robert Peralta via Decision - Unanimous (30-27, 30-27, 29-28)
Brett Albee vs. Virgil Zwicker via TKO (Strikes) Round 1 (1:46)
Joe Duarte vs. Saad Awad via Submission (Armbar) Round 2 (2:45)
Herman Terrado vs. A.J. Matthews via TKO (Strikes) Round 1 (4:16)
Rolando Perez vs. Edgar Cardenas via Decision - Unanimous (30-27 all judges)
Casey Ryan vs. Paul Song via Submission (Triangle Choke) Round 1 (1:39)
