Authentic Sports Management and BodyLastics International Inc. will premiere "MMA Monday's," a FREE live weekly fitness show to air every Monday morning featuring Blake Kassel, Founder and Creator of BodyLastics® the category leader in resistance band home-fitness and Imperial Fight Team Head Coach Mike Van Arsdale, who is currently training UFC light heavyweight contender "Suga" Rashad Evans for his upcoming battle with Phil Davis at UFC 133. Evans will guest star in the debut episode of MMA Monday's.

During MMA Monday's, Van Arsdale and Kassel will demonstrate warm-ups and circuit training techniques using the BodyLastic system, and demonstrate how to turn the body into a multi-dimensional muscle-working machine that touches and tones every major muscle group. Van Arsdale and Kassel will focus specifically on MMA training techniques used in professional fighter workouts.

MMA Monday's will debut Monday, June 6 at 1:30 pm ET / 10:30 pm PT LIVE on http://www.liveexercise.com.

The program will routinely feature special guest stars including Evans, as well as other professional mixed martial artists and UFC fighters including Jorge Santiago, Anthony Johnson, Michael Johnson and others.
