I am shocked the Renan “Barao” Pegado vs. Scott Jorgensen fight went to the judges.

Agreed and after watching Barao again I am not convinced that he is the best fighter without a title belt.
What do you expect? The comedian is dead.

'Eye-Poker' Koscheck gets the decision in what was ultimately a lackluster fight by both Koscheck and Pierce but all is not lost as Pete Rose is in the house.

Roy Nelson must have fucking concrete in his head.........what a great fight. FOTN for sure! That also makes it 3 wins for former Strikeforce HW's over UFC HW's.

Diaz needs a bike so that he catch Condit when he keeps running away.

At best that fight was a draw or a Diaz win. Judges suck.

Diaz says he is done with MMA after the fight and complains about the judges giving a decision to a guy who runs away the whole fight.......... and he couldn't have been more correct.

I thought it was a decent card. Hard to get over the judging and refereeing though.

Seven fighters - plus UFC President Dana White - attended the UFC 143 post-fight press conference: Carlos Condit, Renan Barao, Josh Koscheck, Fabricio Werdum, Dustin Poirier, Ed Herman, and Stephen Thompson.

The event's Fight of the Night bonuses went to Fabricio Werdum and Roy Nelson. The two heavyweights engaged in a back-and-forth battle that took place predominantly on the feet, with Werdum taking the unanimous decision.

KO of the Night went to newcomer Thompson, who laid out fellow debutante Dan Stittgen with a highlight-reel head kick in the first round.

Dustin Poirier earned Submission of the Night for his mounted first-round triangle/armbar over Max Holloway. With the win, Poirier moves to 4-0 inside the Octagon.

Each bonused fighter received $65,000.
