At Alistair Overeem's hearing today with NSAC, the commissioners voted to deny him a license but he can reapply in nine months (which was backdated to March 27th, the test date). One of the conditions of the shorter sentence is that Overeem can not fight in any other State or Country during that nine month period.
So basically no Ubereem till 2013.

That was the most confusing hearing ever! I don't know what to believe but I can say this - Overeem will be in K-1 if the UFC cuts him.
