Fighters with the most heart?

Which fighters do you think have the most heart? A fighter who can take an ass whipping, a really deep submission and almost pass-out, but happens to get a second wind, and get right back in the fight to win? A fighter whose heart you never doubt, and always pushes him/her self. A fighter you believe would seriously fight to the death.

When I think of fighters of this Caliber I think of:

Forrest Griffin
Antonio Rodrigo
Donald Matthew Grice (though it was only the second fight I saw with him, he didn't even think of tapping in the Guillotine Choke at UFC 70: When Nations Collide)
Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira
Fedor Emelianenko

I know people probably won't agree but Big Timmy has heart. Mir broke his arm and he slammed him instead of tapping and still wanted to fight after the ref stopped the fight!!

I THINK IF CROCOP COMES BACK FROM THOSE LAST 3 HORRIBLE FIGHTS THEN HE WOULD BE UP FOR CONSIDERATION.

This guys isn't someone who comes back and wins, but Kanehara has sooooo much heart. He trains seriously and goes in there likely knowing he's going to get smashed... he faces elite fighters and he gives it his all until the final bell.

I actually totally agree, but I was afraid to put him up, since I thought people wouldn't agree.
