Vasquez was knocked down in round 4, while Marquez was knocked down in round 12. It would have ended up a draw (113-113 on one judge) except Marquez was deducted a point after a few unintentional low blows.

That was the best boxing I have ever seen! IT's SICK!

It's so sick how technically sound they are and they still manage to hit each other all the time hard. It's just sick. I've never seen an actual technical war. No folks they weren't slugging, they were actually using great technique. It's so crazy!

I had it 113-112 for Marquez but it was still a great fight. Just as good as the other ones. They said they wouldn't mind doing a 4th since it was close but for health concerns I say they should at least take 5 months off, fight somebody else and then fight each other for hopefully the final time. There fights are sick and I wouldn't mind watching them every weekend but it's only a matter of time before all that punishment takes it's toll. It's sad because these types of fighters only last until there early 30's. Crazy...
