Hey Kevin, what's happening man. Your Definitely my favorite fighter out there. Been a pain not being able to see you fight for so long. Great to hear your doing ten times better then you were, was a little worried there when I heard about the Staph. Because I've seen what it does to great fighters like Diego Sanchez for example a few days before his fight with Koscheck. He's known for his aggressiveness and explosiveness just like you but that staph killed him in that fight so I was a little worried about you with that. Glad to hear your doing better though. I use to train at a local gym myself and have had my fair share of injuries too. Sucks, but the best fighters comeback better then ever and I know you will!!!
Now to the questions.
Heard you went to Xtreme Couture with Randy, probably the best thing in my opinion that you could have done in your career. How has training there progressed your MMA game even further?
What are your future goals in the sport that you want to accomplish and are there any fighters that you want fight in the future or maybe rematch?
Are we going to be able to see any of your future fights on TV or on the internet?
Last one, I'm sure everyone has heard your good friend Mark Coleman is coming back to the UFC to fight Brock Lesnar. I was just wondering if he went with you to train with Randy because that would definitely increase his chances in that fight.
The Hammer house has always been my favorite fight camp out there, from you to Mark to Phil, most of my favorite fighters have trained there. Good to hear your doing better. Looking forward to seeing you male your way back to the very top. Stay safe and god bless.

Thanks for all of your support, as you heard here first I am fighting on May 18th. So give me some more questions to answer!!!!
Thanks for your support, I don't have a pink belt anymore.
30 days before my fight I will be working out 3 times a day. I will have my boxing, sparring, wrestling, and jui-jitsui training in those sessions. I will be training about 6 hours per day. Since I don't work a regular job, I can use all 24 hours in the day. I'll go to the gym at 4 am sometimes. I like to put about 5 hours of rest in between each workout.
When you say warm-up fight, I am expecting that you think it will be an easy opponent. I don't take warm-up fights or easy opponents. They are going to give me some badass 205lb fighter from somewhere on this planet.
Thank you and NO, If they want me to fight Roger I will need more $$ on top of what they are already going to pay me. I will fight anybody but I am a 205 pounder and if they want me to fight guys that size I will need some incentive. My plans are to be ranked in the 205lb weight class again. The only 2 heavyweights I will fight again are Cro-Cop and Fedor because:
1) I fought them both already.
2) They are not 260lb HW.
Yes, I am completely healed physically and I am a better person overall. I will be aggressive as always but I am a much better fighter now. Before, I was more of a thuggish fighter but now I am a SMARTER fighter. I am 100% healed in my mind and body!!!! I am in a better place, physically and mentally than I have been since college. That is the winner's mentality that I need to have and do have.
Thank you very much and you are a very smart man. I will take that to heart. I am not going to fight into Monson's strengths and when I said I am a smarter fighter. i have changed everything in my life from the people around me, to my training and to my lifestyle. I train with mean sons of bitches that drive me to train harder everyday. I am a little bit rusty right now but the people that I am training with are gearing me up for Monson. I am not going to try and beat him at JJ, I am going to box him and take him down. I know that I will not submit Jeff Monson. If we go to the ground, fine, he will have to hold me until the referee stands us up again. I am a ground and pounder and if I get you on the ground, I am going to have fun. My jui-jitsui is now good enough to avoid all submissions.
30 days from now I will be an animal but right now I am a little bit rusty like I said earlier. If I fought anyone in the the top 10 tomorrow I would lose. This is my honesty talking and 45-60 days from now I will be at my the top of my game. The people that I am training with at Randy's are pushing me to be the best that I can be. Champions Everywhere in that gym!!
As far as who I want to fight, EVERYONE! And Mark will be coming to Vegas to train with us. Nowadays when you train, you can't just stay at home, you need multi-dimensional training from many different camps.
Thank you very much for the great questions and support.
Thank you for your support and God Bless!
I am not re-inventing the wheel. I will be the best I can be at submission defense. Which will also help my submission offense.
Thanks to all of you who ask me questions and I respect all my fans and even those who don't believe. I plan on dissapointing the non-believers.
God Bless!!
I am coming back to win and to be a CHAMPION. I am not going to be fighting Heavyweight as I am a natural 205lb fighter.
GREAT NEWS. HOW IS THE BJJ TRAINING GOING?
THANKS
Thanks for your support, I don't have a pink belt anymore.
first off thanks alot for posting here and staying in touch with the fans!
Now just a quick question for you, whats your average work out routine like when you have a fight coming up?

Glad to hear that you will be returning. Any news on who the warm-up fight will be with?
When you say warm-up fight, I am expecting that you think it will be an easy opponent. I don't take warm-up fights or easy opponents. They are going to give me some badass 205lb fighter from somewhere on this planet.
Some people are assumming you will be fighting Roger Gracie since they also announced his signing. To me that doesn't sound like your first opponent. Any comment, whoever you fight I hope you smash them!

So are you completly healed? Thanks for coming to PDG. I wish you the best.

this is really great news(that you're fighting again).........Monson hah?-well it's gonna be tough fight.......Monson is very good on the ground so you'll have to be careful .............all the best man Wink
Thank you very much and you are a very smart man. I will take that to heart.
