He was arrested for a probation violation stemming from an earlier arrest for DUI. Not a repeat violation and he will still be fighting at UFC 85.
What do you expect? The comedian is dead.

I thought Snoop was banned from the country after his little Marijuana incident at the airport - maybe they will try to punish the US for us not letting Amy Winehouse in for the Grammy's!!!!
