Gegard Mousasi vs. Dong Sik Yoon via Decision
Round 1:
Mousasi starts with low kicks, Yoon shoots and gets the single leg takedown. Working from rubber guard but Mousasi escapes and gets back control standing, knees to the legs of Yoon and he warned about grabbing the ropes. In the corner with Mousasi still with back control, the ref moves them back to the center. Yoon shoots in and eats a couple of knees from Mousasi, more low kicks by Mousasi and Yoon goes down and Mousasi takes his back. Yoon escapes and Mousasi keeps pressing the action with low kicks. Mousasi lands a knee to the chest of Yoon, gets the takedown and is in half guard. Yoon pulls full guard, Mousasi with some GNP. Both fighters back up standing, Mousasi lands a couple knees from the clinch and with another takedown working from Yoon's guard. Now in side control, Mousasi locks up the arms -cricifix style and lands elbows and knees. Yoon reverses and gets back control, Yoon rolls to the side and is going for an armbar from the back of Mousasi's shoulders. Yoon still pulling for the armbar, sets it in but Mousasi rolls and escapes to Yoon's back.
Round 2:
Mousasi starts the round with kicks and Yoon lands an uppercut, shoots in but Mousasi sprawls and gets back control on the ground. Hammerfists by Mousasi as Yoon is in the body triangle, Mousasi continues with the strikes, Yoon not doing much from the bottom. Mousasi rolls Yoon to his side still holding the body triangle and landing minimal damage strikes, more of the same. The fight ends with more of Mousasi landing strikes from back control.
Zelg Gelasic vs. Taiei Kin via TKO - Medical Stoppage Round 1
Round 1:
Both fighters come out swinging, Gelasic pushes Kin in to the corner, they exchange knees to the thighs. Back to the center, Gelasic throws a high left kick, goes for the takedown and Kin injuries - probably breaks his right arm on the way down.
Jason "Mayhem" Miller vs. Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza via Decision - Unanimous
Round 1:
Jacare comes in for the clinch and trips Miller, Miller back up with Jacare holding him in the corner. Jacare gets another trip and the takedown, working from half guard, Jacare lands a few strikes and moves to side control. Miller gets the reversal but Jacare has a heel hook and Miller escapes and lands a couple of knees and a right. Jacare pushes Miller back into the corner again....the ref breaks em up, Jacare gets another takedown, from Miller's half guard, Jacare with some GNP, moves to side control and Miller reverses and escapes again. Jacare catches Miller's left leg from his back and is able to pull Miller down and secure half guard position again. Jacare rolls Miller, gets back control and a body triangle, looking for the RNC. Miller rolls and is now mounted, Jacare rolls Miller now and gets his back again, lands some hammerfists to Miller's face. Miller escapes and moves in on Jacare, gets side control next to the ropes and the ref moves them back to the center of the ring. Miller works from half guard now, north-south now and Miller lands some knees to Jacare's head, Jacare reverses and the round ends.
Round 2:
Both fighters exchange strikes and Jacare clinches and pushes Miller into the corner again. Back to the center now, Jacare shoots and almost pushes Miller through the ropes. From the stand-up, Miller lands a few jabs and Jacare clinches and puts Miller in the corner again...Miller lands a couple of combos followed by a low kick, now a body kick by Miller. Jacare comes back with a low right kick, shoots and gets the takedown on Miller. 1 minute left and Jacare gets the full mount, Miller escapes another RNC attempt and the fight ends.
Kazushi Sakuraba vs. Melvin Manhoef via KO Round 1
--Manhoef comes to ring as a chained dog as usual. Sakuraba is coming to the ring dressed like a war patient with bandages all over backstage. Now in the Arena he is headed to the ring wearing 2 masks.
Round 1:
Manhoef lands a left, a right and a right kick to the head. Sakuraba is down and Manhoef unloads punches and hammerfists repeatedly until the ref jumps in as Sakuraba is on his back and done.
