Maurício "Shogun" Rua who hasn't fight since he was defeated by the current UFC lightheavyweight Champion, Forrest Griffin, in Sept 2007.
Shogun is returning to training step by step. He started the Boxing and conditioning preparation and his knee is OK. Probably in a week he will come back to Jiu Jitsu practice.
Rua is not worried about a revenge match versus Forrest Griffin and knows he will have to get ready to face any one after his defeat by Griffin. He is planning on to come back in December.
July 21th will take place the releasing of UDL new academy in Brazil-Curitiba. Wanderlei Silva will be giving a seminary with his former teammates.
