Mark 'The Hammer' Coleman is a legend in the sport of mma. The winner of the original Pride Grand Prix and inventor of the term, 'ground-and-pound' recently suffered an agonising injury which kept him out of his UFC comeback against Brock Lesnar.
Taking time to speak to Ironlife.com, Mark shared his thoughts on his recovery, a possible move into the Light-heavyweight division and current man to beat at the weight, Forrest Griffin.

-Sorry about the late answer. Mark is injured now but he is a very proud man and he will be back fighting this fall. I think Mark is going to fight Lesnar if he can get past Herring, then one way or another Mark will be fighting at 205 after that.

He seems like a huge LHW if he makes the cut.
It will be interesting to see if it happens!
