Dana White: No Anderson for Baby Jay

Dana White doesn’t care if BJ Penn whups Georges St-Pierre in their showdown at UFC 94, he still won’t let BJ challenge Anderson Silva at 185 pounds. In an interview with The Sun, White said no way, no how to the idea of BJ Penn and Anderson Silva ever getting it on.

From The Sun:

“But if Penn beats GSP there’s no way I’d let him move up to 185lbs, no way. He’ll fucking fight, argue and cry about it but there’s no way – it ain’t gonna happen, I can tell you that right now – it ain’t gonna happen.”

My take? If Penn beats GSP, he deserves to fight anyone he wants. Remember, this guy already beat Renzo Gracie at 185 and he even held his own against Lyoto Machida. Of course beating GSP is a BIG IF, but if anyone can do it, it’s BJ Penn.
