I hope all wrestlers are preparing for the upcoming season! One question I am often asked is "what exercises are good for wrestlers." While there are some obvious choices, I wrote the following article that outlines a few tips and games that you can use to improve your training program: Beneficial Exercises.

Pre-season Weekend Warrior Camps are going great. We have upcoming camp opportunities in OH, PA, TX, NE, WI, NC, GA, and NV.

We also offer our Winter Break Training Camp December 26-31 at the State College Ramada Inn Convention Center, our PA summer camp host hotel. We will train, eat, and sleep in this great facility. We offer 2-6 day options for all ages. Wrestlers regularly fly in to this camp from across the country. We provide free transportation to and from the airport and bus station in State College.
