Jason "Mayhem" Miller is out of jail today after a weekend arrest on charges of domestic violence.

Miller was released early this morning from an Orange County (Calif.) jail after posting a $50,000 bond, O.C. Sheriff's Department Public Information Officer Jeff Hallock told MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com).

MMAjunkie.com today filed a records request with the department in order to obtain an official police report of the incident. Hallock was unable to provide details on the arrest, but he said the fighter would likely be due in court within 30 to 60 days.

Miller did not respond to a phone call and text, and his voicemail was full.

By California law, domestic violence is a felony that carries a charge of two to four years in state prison or a minimum of one year in county jail in addition to a fine of $6,000.

According to the O.C. Sheriff's Department records, the former UFC and Strikeforce fighter was arrested Sunday and placed in the Central Jail Complex in Santa Ana, Calif. He was released Monday at 12:21 a.m. PT.

He truly is an ass-clown!
