On April 5 in St Pete there are going to be some good fights.

Carlos Rivera (a friend of mine) is making his return since breaking his hand last year. His opponent, Jose Laureano, has been in eight world title fights, winning two of them.

Also, Keith Thurman is fighting. Thurman is 3-0 as a pro (all by KO), and prior to turning pro he got a silver medal in the Olympic trials.

I believe there are ten fights in total. It will be at the Hilton Bayfront in St Petersburg, FL. Tickets available through Ticketmaster. Should be fun.

Definitely, ringside too. Should be a lot of funny. If anyone is in the Tampa area come out and support - some great guys are fighting.

My friend (Carlos Rivera) won by knockout in round four after dominating the entire bout.

Keith Thurman won by KO in 38 seconds.
