Need some info on MMA in NY

I need some information if anyone is from NY on the mma scene in NY. I'm building a website based on mma in new york as a project and need some information anything from fighters that are from NY to any mma schools and such.

Jamie Varner opened a new mma school in NY- http://www.combatacademyny.com

also team bombsquad is in Cortland.

Matt Serra's school is in NY or New Jersey I believe.
