It is a long ways away (Aug. 27 at HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) but Dana White confirmed the bout to USA Today.

Rua to fight Griffin at UFC: Rio
Fresh off losing the UFC light heavyweight title in his first attempted defense, Mauricio "Shogun" Rua will look to rebound against the same opponent who welcomed him to the fold in 2007.
Sources have confirmed to ESPN.com that Rua and Forrest Griffin, another former UFC titleholder, have agreed to meet at UFC: Rio, scheduled for Aug. 27 in Rio de Janeiro.
The bout was first reported by Brazilian news sites.
Rua (19-5) was widely considered the No. 1 light heavyweight in the world before losing his title to Jon Jones at UFC 128 last month. The former Pride champion won the belt with a first-round knockout over Lyoto Machida but was dominated by Jones in his next fight, which ended in the third frame.
He was favored to defeat Griffin in his promotional debut at UFC 76 but suffered a third-round submission loss.
Griffin (18-6) used that upset win to catapult him to a title fight against Quinton Jackson, where he won a unanimous decision at UFC 86. He's gone 2-2 since then, including a loss to Rashad Evans, in which he forfeited the belt.
The Las Vegas-based fighter is coming off back-to-back decision wins over Tito Ortiz and Rich Franklin.

This could be one sick card.

This is from Maiquel Falcao's manager Marcelo Brigadeiro (Falcao was supposed to face Tom Lawler at UFC Rio).
“Good night everyone,
We’ve received an e-mail from Joe Silva yesterday saying that the UFC decided to end Maiquel Falcão’s contract. They decided to do that because of some legal problems Maiquel got involved recently.
I decided to communicate you because of the respect we have with Maiquel’s fans. I always worked in a honest and clear way about everything, and wouldn’t act that way in this situation.
This news got us by surprise and let us very shocked, mainly after we signed to fight at UFC Rio. Anyway, we’re very grateful for everything the UFC have done for Maiquel and we believe we go out in a good way.
Besides the sadness, we respect UFC’s decision and hope to return to the biggest event on the planet soon. I think this type of thing happen to make us think about a lot of things, to learn and move on, and you can be sure that Maiquel Falcão will move on.
I’m already in talks with other national and international promotions and you will soon watch Maiquel in action again.
Thanks for all of you that followed and cheered for Falcão at his short career at the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Schaub vs. Nogueira
The UFC 134 fight card has added a high-profile heavyweight battle, Dana White confirmed today. The 8-1 Brendan "The Hybrid" Schaub and former Pride and UFC champion Minotauro Nogueria have verbally agreed to the August 27 bout in Rio.
Schaub is coming off a UFC 128 knockout of the night performance against another Pride legend, Mirko Cro Cop. The summer bout will be Nogueira's first return to the Octagon in 18 months after an injury took him out of his planned headlining bout last October.
Barboza to Face Pearson in Rio
Verbal agreements are in for another big bout on the Brazil card. "Undefeated 8-0 Brazilian sensation Edson Barboza takes on Ultimate Fighter 9 winner Ross 'The Real Deal' Pearson," said Dana White. Barboza is coming off a Fight of the Night win in his second UFC outing at UFC 128; Brit Pearson last defeated Spencer Fisher at UFC 127 in Sydney.
